Privacy Policy
This page explains how the contact form on this website handles your personal information, under Canada's private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What the form collects
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and the message you write. That's the only information this site collects about you.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside the college.
Where it goes
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-submission service, straight to Azhar Canada College's own inbox at info@azharcanada.ca. Nobody else receives a copy. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated spam; it runs a quick check in your browser before your message sends.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in the college's email inbox for as long as normal email records are kept, so we can find and refer back to the conversation if you write again. There's no separate database or marketing list beyond that inbox.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies at launch. It does not track your browsing across other websites.
Removing your information
To ask the college to delete a message you sent, email info@azharcanada.ca and let them know which message to remove.
